Stationary concrete plant Sumab T-60 (60 m3/h, Sweden)

The Sumab T-60 is a prefabricated concrete plant.
The T-60 concrete plant has a capacity of 60-70 m³/h.

Three aggregate storage bins. Each bin has a capacity of 20 m³, with the option to increase capacity by extending the sides.

1500/300 kg batching system, weighing sensors.
The aggregate conveyor is located under the storage bins and measures 11,000 mm in length and 800 mm in width. Aggregates are supplied by opening pneumatic valves in the aggregate storage bins.

Skip system.
Aggregates are transferred from the storage bins to a 1900-liter skip.

Sicoma 1875/1250-liter planetary mixer.
The concrete mixing equipment includes a planetary mixer and skip, both mounted on a special support platform. The mixer is mounted on a frame made of metal profiles, with a supporting platform containing a safety railing and access ladders.

The mixer, with a planetary gear, is driven by a gearbox suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications.

The mixing system is designed as a star with three rotating paddles and one external scraper. The mixer paddles, as well as the mixer itself, are coated with an anti-wear material. Anti-wear rubber paddles are also available.

A horizontal twin-shaft mixer can be supplied upon request.

Cement collection tank.
A 750 kg cement tank is located above the mixer.

Water tank. The concrete plant is equipped with a galvanized water supply system with a flow rate of 350 liters per minute. Water is supplied from the central city water supply at a pressure of 5 liters per second. A water purification and recycling system can be installed upon request.

Two chemical additive pumps. Each pump has a capacity of 25 kg.

Siemens desktop computer. The PC allows for automated control of all concrete mixing processes.
Produces over 1,000 concrete recipes.
A Windows desktop computer is installed upon customer request.

It has multiple security systems. Video surveillance systems can also be installed upon customer request. Surveillance cameras display everything on a computer monitor.

Plant control cabin.
Insulated cabin-office with computer and electrical panel. Dimensions: 4 x 2.5 x 2.5 m.
Air conditioning or heating can be installed upon customer request.

200 kg vibrators. Three vibrators are installed in the aggregate storage area and cement silo.

All wear parts are made of durable materials and can be individually replaced if necessary, significantly reducing production costs.
