Mobile concrete plant SUMAB F-90 (90 m3/h) Sweden

The F-90 mobile (quickly erected) concrete plant (90 m³/h) from the Swedish company Sumab.

Technical specifications:

Aggregate hoppers.
4 compartments (3200 x 4300 mm each).
8 dosing valves with lubricated pistons in the bores.
4 pneumatic cylinders with shock absorbers at the end of the stroke and high-speed discharge for 8 dosing gates (100 mm diameter, 250 mm stroke) with an aluminum body.
Total volume: 65 m³ (90 m³ with heap).

Electronic module for auxiliary protection, magnetothermal protection.

Pneumatic System
1 compressor with a 500-liter tank and 2 x 4 kW motors – air flow 1028 l/min – 11 bar – electrical control panel located in line with the compressor.
1 galvanized air supply line for 4 pneumatic cylinders.

Concrete Mixer
The MEB 3750/2500 twin-shaft horizontal mixer, with a 3,000-liter capacity and a 2,500-liter concrete output, features the following technical specifications:
- Two electric motors, 45 kW (60 hp) each.
- Two counter-rotating, synchronized shafts, with slip-protected mixing shaft safety clutches.
- Bottom armor made of 15 mm thick Hardox 500 HB plates, compact in size and easy to replace during maintenance.
- Side armor made of 15 mm thick Hardox 500 HB plates.
- Cast iron blade holders bolted to the shafts.
- Side scrapers made of 750 HB chrome alloy. - 18 mixing paddles made of 750 HB hard chrome alloy. The paddles have a profile fixed and held perpendicular to the tank plates.
- Side scrapers made of 750 HB chrome alloy.
